PRICES FOR A WEEK
In the high season rents are possible only from Saturday to Saturday. In the low season daily rents are possible, the daily fee will be 1/5 of the weekly price.
For a stay of 3 weeks or more there will be a 50 Euro reduction.
Tourist tax of the municipality of Bibbona from May 1st to September 30: 1 Euro for each overnight stay of a person aged over 13 years.
The price for assistance and cleaning at the end of the stay are to be paid directly to the responsible: 60 Euro
A deposit of 50 Euro for the keys will be returned at the departure.
Cost of linen (on request) to be paid directly to the responsible:
6 Euro for single bed sheet
8 Euro for double bed sheet
6 Euro for towels
At the time of booking, a 30% deposit is required; balance two weeks before the start of the lease.
In case of cancellation: refund only of it will be possible to rent the apartment to others.
